Randi Eisenshtat has over 20 years of success as a fitness professional and industry leader. She launched her career at Life Time Fitness in Katy, Texas, quickly building one of the largest water aerobics classes in the country and gaining local and corporate media attention. During her five years there, she held roles including Assistant Group Fitness Manager and Sales Executive, and even broke a Guinness World Record alongside the CEO. After relocating to Miami, Randi became a top sales associate at Equinox before moving to New York City, where she transitioned to teaching full-time and led major events like Cycle for Survival in Times Square. In 2016, Life Time recruited her back to open their first NYC location, eventually promoting her to Senior Studio Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona. After fulfilling her contract, she returned to Florida to focus on teaching part-time and building a financial planning business through Northwestern Mutual. Outside of work, Randi loves spending time with family, her pets Angel and Teddy, and enjoying life by the beach.
Becca loves bringing a fun and inclusive atmosphere for all of her clients! With over a decade of experience, she has found her niche teaching mobility, strength and flexibility flows. She holds multiple certifications in bodyART, Barre, Pilates and more. Becca pays close attention to detail with thorough cueing that is easy to follow and grants the feeling of accomplishment every time! Every class will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body, mind, and breath (while making you smile and laugh through it all!) As a founding instructor of DailyBurn's 365 LIVE streaming workouts, Becca developed a signature style that captures her student's attention both in person and virtual. You will not want to miss her classes and you'll be itching to get back in to see her every week.
Brooke has been a practitioner of yoga for almost 2 decades and got her first certification through Core Power Yoga in Denver, Colorado in 2007. After relocating to Florida with her husband and two kids, she joined the team at Hamsa Power Yoga and completed their 200 hour training in 2021. She says yoga has allowed her to find peace in many ways. It's a place to move, SWEAT, and quiet the mind. It's allowed her to observe how she walks through the world and how her light gets transferred to those around her. As a teacher, it is important to her to provide a safe place for her students to be able to listen to their bodies through movement. Her classes are challenging, but on purpose. She gives her students an experience to go deep within themselves to discover what they need and really feel the energy she creates in her rooms.
Paulena is a south Florida native who wears many hats! She is a devoted mom of 2 who turned her struggles into strength. After the birth of her children, she found herself in a rut physically, mentally and emotionally. That all changed after she took her first group fitness class. She went on to lose 170 pounds and gained confidence, energy and a zest for life. Now she is passionate about creating spaces where everyone can feel welcome, seen and supported. Her journey is proof that it's never too late to rewrite your story--and she's just getting started.
Originally from Kansas, this former college athlete always saw fitness as more than just a workout. She believes it should be inclusive and empowering for everybody. Shelby always had a dream of being a strength and conditioning coach, but her career took her down a different path. She started in education as a math teacher and built a successful side business as a professional character performer. She's always loved teaching, coaching and creating spaces for people to grow into their most authentic selves. You can expect a supportive, fun and rewarding experience when you workout with her.
With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, this legend brings energy, passion and expertise to every class she leads. Her favorite classes to teach are Pilates, Barre, Step and Strength. Her approach to all her classes combines dynamic movement with mindful techniques that emphasize core strength, balance, posture and safety. She has multiple certifications including her Pilates certificate which she received in 2001. She continuously evolves her teaching by staying current on the latest fitness trends and training methodologies. She fosters a supportive class environment and keeps her students engaged, empowered and always wanting more!
