A serene landscape featuring a lake surrounded by mountains and trees under a clear blue sky.

Randi Eisenshtat has over 20 years of success as a fitness professional and industry leader. She launched her career at Life Time Fitness in Katy, Texas, quickly building a large following gaining local and corporate media attention. During her five years there, she held roles including Assistant Group Fitness Manager and Sales Executive, and even broke a Guinness World Record alongside the CEO for the largest outdoor cycling class. After relocating to Miami, Randi became a top sales associate at Equinox before moving to New York City, where she transitioned to teaching full-time and led major events like Cycle for Survival in Times Square. In 2016, Life Time recruited her back to open their first NYC location, eventually promoting her to Senior Studio Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona. After fulfilling her contract, she returned to Florida to be closer to family. In January of 2025, Randi had decided she had enough of corporate fitness and began creating and building The Sweat Shoppe! She wanted a place that primarily focused on group fitness with a range of modalities led by the best teachers. She wanted a space that felt like home and a community that starts as strangers who would soon become friends. A place where everyone feels seen, heard and cared for. A judgement free environment where anyone can come no matter their experience or fitness level. Let’s not forget her classes-what you can experience when you workout with Randi is high energy, creative exercises that challenge you and keep your muscles guessing, and lots and lots of laughs.

Joanna Cavalcante

A serene landscape featuring a tranquil lake surrounded by mountains and lush greenery under a clear blue sky.

With over two decades of teaching group fitness, Tara has taught almost everything from step to kickboxing, as well as boot camps and Zumba. When she found dance, everything changed. Movement became more than exercise. It became a way to express, release, and connect. After falling in love with Zumba, she started sharing her choreography on YouTube. This creative outlet turned into a global platform that allowed her to teach internationally and connect with women through the joy of movement. That journey led to Tone & Tease® - an empowerment program that blends movement, mindset, and self-expression to help women feel confident, free, and fully themselves. It’s not just about the steps; it’s about healing, joy, and remembering your power.

Kristi Thomaston

Kristi discovered yoga in 2006 and immediately fell in love with the practice and its transformative impact. In 2013, she completed her 200-hour teacher training through West Hartford Yoga under the guidance of Barbara Ruzansky and Nicole Poole. Her WHY Power Yoga training blended elements of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Forrest, Kripalu, and Bikram Yoga into a thoughtful and accessible practice designed for all levels.

Since then, Kristi has continued to deepen both her personal practice and teaching through additional trainings and workshops, including the Prison Yoga Project trauma-informed training with James Fox, Yoga and Injury studies, adjustment clinics, and other continuing education opportunities.

Kristi and her husband, Mike, are the owners of  Degree Wellness Palm Beach Gardens, where they are passionate about helping others on their wellness journeys. Kristi has also been a criminal defense attorney since 2003, bringing compassion, resilience, and advocacy into every aspect of her work.

Her goal is to create yoga classes that feel welcoming and accessible to everyone. Through yoga, Kristi has learned to embrace life fully, stay present, and cultivate gratitude for every moment.

Frida Rafael

Kristi Thomaston

Frida’s yoga journey began in 2014. After her very first class, she became fascinated by the way breath and movement could work together to release tension, create space in the body, and shift not only how we feel physically, but also mentally and energetically. What began as curiosity quickly grew into a deep connection to the practice, bringing her back to the mat again and again. As her practice deepened, so did her desire to share the transformative power of yoga with others.

In 2023, Frida completed her 200-hour teacher training and went on to become certified in Yin Yoga.

One of her favorite parts of teaching is the community—the incredible people she gets to meet and the connections that happen on and off the mat.

She brings warmth, authenticity, and uplifting energy into every class, creating a space where students can show up exactly as they are, move, breathe, laugh, challenge themselves, and leave feeling a little more connected to themselves.

When she’s not practicing or teaching yoga, Frida enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids. She also has a passion for languages and speaks six of them.

Angie Greenfield is a Spiritual Mentor with over 25 years of experience working with various healing modalities. She has trained with Leslie Glickman, Dr. Brian Weiss, Suzanne Sterling, Malieokalani Urrutia, and many others.

Yoga has been an instrument of healing for her since she was 18 years old back when there were no classes for her to attend, just posters on her walls.

She has taught yoga for over 10 years and has served as a lead teacher in numerous studios' teacher trainings. It was through her own healing journey with yoga that she found the catalyst to share these teachings with her students.

In her private practice, Angie works as a spiritual mentor, intuitive energy healer, and psychic medium. One of her biggest passions is her teaching program, The Art of Decoding Your Gifts, which supports women in connecting to their intuition and letting it become a leading force in their lives. She believes that the more in tune we are with this part of ourselves, the more confident, empowered, and embodied our lives become.

In her classes, you'll experience a journey into yourself and your own spirit finding joy, peace, and connection in body, mind and heart. Her extended savasanas take you on a journey through energy, music, and her singing tones.
