2. Class Bookings and Cancellations
All class bookings are subject to availability.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to join class for safety reasons.
Cancellation or rescheduling must follow the studio’s cancellation policy (see separate Cancellation Policy, if applicable).
No-shows may result in loss of class credit or fee, depending on your package.
3. Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.
We accept major credit/debit cards.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund or cancellation policy.
4. Assumption of Risk and Health Disclaimer
By participating in fitness classes or physical activity:
You acknowledge the inherent risks involved in exercise.
You certify that you are physically fit and have consulted a medical professional if necessary.
You voluntarily assume all risk of injury or harm from participation.We are not liable for any injury or health condition resulting from participation in our classes or programs.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including logos, images, text, and videos — is the property of The Sweat Shoppe by Randi or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without our written consent.
